Order Cancellation Policy:

Orders CAN NOT be cancelled after 24 hours of placing your order. Any request to cancel orders after 24 hours will be denied.

When ordering from Royal Secrets website you are agreeing to our legal policies.

Shipping and Delivery Policy:

Royal Secrets shipping takes 1-3 business days based on your location. If you live outside of the U.S, shipping may take longer. When your product is shipped, a customized tracking number for your order will be sent via email, based off the information you provided during check out. If you do not receive a tracking number, please notify us through email at admin@royalsecretsllc.com. 

Shipping fees are added at the end of the checkout process.

FYI:

Please check to make sure you have entered the correct shipping address at check out. If you realize that the address is incorrect notify us immediately at admin@royalsecretsllc.com. Once you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number, we can not change your address. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to get the correct shipping address, but you will need to pay the shipping fee again. If your package is not returned to us, we will NOT issue a refund for your order. So PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK your address at checkout!
